In an
interview with VoltaOnline, the Public Affairs Officer of the regional Police

directed that the case be transferred to Accra for further investigations and prosecution.
“We should
have taken them to court today [Tuesday], but the case will be taken over by
headquarters and they’ll be arraigned before court in Accra… So we’re waiting
for the arrival of a team from the headquarters to come and pick them to Accra
for further investigation.”
